Bruce Gunther is a counselor specializing in individual, couples and family therapy He maintains a private practice on a horse farm in Cassatt, South Carolina.
With over 30 years experience as a therapist,Bruce is as a graduate of both the University of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College where he specialized in marriage and family therapy and social work. His training included interning at a mental health center, a psychiatric hospital for children and adolescents, and a treatment facility for alcohol and substance abuse. He founded the Rhode Island Marriage and Family Therapy Center. As a supervisory member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy, he has helped hundreds of clients and supervised training of other therapists. He is a certified therapist with EAGALA (Equine Assisted Growth and Learning Association). He is in private practitioner helping individuals, couples and families in crisis.
